you can't prove anything about anything because a human being is free to believe what they will

thats why my comment was about feeling something for another human being. your personal experience is your proof. it is not proof something outside of yourself, its in you.

Yes, and for you to perceive one, I would assume that you should have another person there, unless you're on some heavy drugs. The fact that they react to your complex behaviors shows conciousness by itself. Tell your bird that you love him, and the bird will not take notice.

The second question is a bit redundant. You only have your own perceptions. Maybe when I look at a blue color, I see the color you see red, if that makes any sense, but we both call it blue, so our perceptions are all synchronized in a way.

Yeah, I agree that if you believe this, you've probably never really connected to another person on a different level.

Every conscious being when confronted with the idea of "what if humans don't really have control?" begins to perceive that they are the only one who truly has control. The same can be applied to the question here. Go research it.

And I don't know about you, but I sure as hell am conscious.
