Me is a perfect word to describe our labeling process. Me is just singular pronoun, referring to himself or herself. A small class of words found in many languages that are used as replacements or substitutes for nouns and noun phrases.
Me or I or the thought of either rare all constructs of the ergodic entity. You could just say I am. With out saying any example thereafter. You just are. You exist. If you were a "me" you would not be the same me as you were the moment after you read this.
So you are not me or not you. You just are.
