Sounds like a fear of abandonment, IMO. Also, if you are expecting that you definitely will have this dream again then you most likely will. If that is the case why not try to make it a positive thing? Do a reality check every time you are in a car. Or some other key part of the dream. Then it will start as a nightmare but when it becomes a lucid dream you can change it to whatever you want or just wake yourself up if you want. |
