Well, I'm no expert, but my sister has PTSD, and it's bad news. On the plus side, I will personally guarantee that you are NOT going to die this week. I'll even go one further and say something decidedly good will almost certainly happen to you instead. |

AW thank you so so so so so so much i have been freaking out! could you tell me if that is a normal dream to have for PTSD!? |
|
I'd imagine it would depend on the particular stress personally but you don't wanna think that way anyway. |
|
No need to worry, I assure you. |

^What he said. |

Meh, depression runs in my familt, too, and I get DC Death threats daily! It's no biggie, I'd only be worried if they said |

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
this isnt really a nightmare but this is kind of freaking me out too for some odd reason. this morning i went back to sleep after i woke up and i just had a very short dream where I sat down on my couch and told my mom that I loved her then i woke up... I do not know what that means... |

I was diagnosed with PTSD and depression last year, oddly enough. It's likely your hypervigilence (symptom of PTSD) that's making it impossible to view the dream as just a dream. I've had the worst dreams and have had citizens of my deam world tell me horrible things over the years. I've come to realize that they were either just bad dreams or a way for my subconscious to inform me about the dangers in a waking life situation that I've already experienced yet neglected to be see the hazards (i.e. dealing with backstabbing people, walking through unsafe areas daily, eating bad food, etc.). The latter is exacerbated by hypervigilence. |

That does make sense I think that every single dream I have means something bad. |
|
likewise! |
