Thread: Recurring Colors

Does it seem to anyone that sometimes you get a certain color that recurs from time to time in your dreams?

For me, it's the color I hate the most - orange. Especially the kind leaning more toward yellow-orange. I don't know why, but it just haunts my dreams every once in a while... usually in reference to something foreboding, ominous or otherwise disturbing to me. Two examples I can readily cite are:

A dream where I was shrunk to the size of an action figure and about to infiltrate a house of this color on some sort of mission (just had a foreboding feeling about things);

And a dream where I visited the cemetery where my father was buried, to find that his tombstone was a big, ugly orange one. Weird.

This sort of recurrence of colors happen to anyone else?
