      I'm confused, please help

i am quiet freaked out, i had a nightmare which was kind of creepy, it was so real. I was still in bed, same position, same clothes, same room. I could hear a noise and i turned around and my dog was flying upside down. I couldn't speak or move, i felt so much pressure on me like someone was sitting on top of me. Basically my brain stopped working. The fact that I was in the same place and everything and my dog was flying upside down really worries me because it just seemed so real and I am still pretty worried was it just a nightmare or real? please answer me

Dreams can be very vivid and include very realistic interpretations of real places, so I doubt that that event was actually real.

One piece of advice I can give is if you get these dreams pretty frequently, then sleeping on your back is not a good way to sleep for you.
