Dream # 1:
There was a dream, but I forget everything about it! Probably because the second dream was so interesting.
Dream # 2:
I wasn't in this dream as myself. Rather, there was a cast of characters, and I got to either observe them or see the dream from their point of view.
The dream began on the Death Star. It was in the room that the emperor was in with the big window in Return of the Jedi. Luke and Obi-Wan were having a light saber battle with Darth Vader. Luke had his green light saber. It was a very intense battle, and Luke and Obi-Wan were having a hard time. I suddenly got to see the action from Obi-Wan's point of view. He was tired and his reflexes were poor. It was only because of Luke's skills that he was able to stay alive. A few times, he came close to getting stabbed through the head with Vader's light saber. Eventually, Obi-Wan had to take a break. He twirled away from the battle, and Luke kept Vader occupied, even though it was clear he wanted to follow Obi-Wan and finish him off. Obi-Wan sat down and caught his breath. I remember thinking, "Luke's got my back," at this point when I was in Obi-Wan's body.
The dream shifted to Endor. Han and Leia were hiding out from the Empire at a tiki bar. They were at a long table with several men, having drinks and telling jokes. Han sat across from Leia, and was wearing his white shirt and black vest. Leia was dressed in her Ewok village dress, but her hair was cut short, to just above her shoulders. She was pretty quiet, preferring to listen to everyone else talk rather than join in the conversation.
Suddenly, storm troopers could be heard coming closer. Han wasn't worried, but Leia was certain she would be recognized because she was the only woman. So she decided to something crazy. She used her Jedi powers to changed her appearance to that of a man! First, a goatee appeared. Then, he hairstyle became a more manly one. Her general shape became more manly, and lastly, her facial features became masculine. She then stood up, and her clothes were men's clothes. She smiled, and Han and she left the bar together. Then I woke up!
The following dreams were all linked together and can be viewed as one dream interrupted by waking up.
Dream # 1:
I was with several of my fellow students from college. I'm not certain exactly where we were supposed to be, but we were abroad and staying at a hotel. While everyone else was occupied with something, I found myself bored and alone. Juan, who had been our nature guide on a previos trip IRL, offered to drive me to the city to do some sight seeing. So we found a rather large van, and I climbed in. It was incredibly awkward, because the van was meant to seat 15 people, and it was only me. Just before we were about to leave, several other students decided they wanted to sight see as well, and climbed into the van.
We drove to our destination, which turned out to be London. We parked on the street, and went for a stroll. The buildings were very beautiful, and I spent a lot of time looking up and all the unique architectural features of the buildings. After walking for a while, we decided to go into a gift shop. It was very large, but didn't actually have very much for sale. There were a few racks of mugs and keychains, and the rest was clothing. I saw a shiny purple sleeveless shirt hanging on a rack, and for some reason I really wanted it. It buttoned up the front, and was extrememly form-fitting. Not to mention metallic. I looked through several racks, but I couldn't find my size. The more I looked, the more irritated I got. Then I was woken up.
Dream # 2:
I was with the same students, but we were now in the jungle. Everything was very green, and we were staying in wooden cabins. There was one cabin on legs with a ramp leading up to the door. That's where our professor was conducting a test, and he had a woman helping him. I had never seen her before, but she was important for the test somehow. When I was my turn to take the test, I went into a large cage, where a metal basket of grass was waiting. My task was to try to get as much grass out as possible. I thought it would be easy, but the grass got stuck in the holes. I repeatedly banged it off the ground to get the grass loose. When I decided it was as clean as it was going to get, I took the basket to my professor, and they checked it out. I didn't receive my grade at that point, so I decided to go see what some of the girls were doing.
I went into the lodge, and found two of the girls at a table making crafts. One was making necklaces and metallica purses with cats on them. The other was making dog collars. I sat down with them and started sticking metallica fabric together, and tried to make something. I'm really not sure what I was making, but I was woken up again.
Dream # 3:
I was back in the lodge again, sitting at the craft table, but I was no longer making anything. It was dark out, and all of the students were inside. I looked out the window and saw the sun begin to rise. It was huge and really orange, much like the sunrise in the Lion King. As I looked at it, the round edges of the sun began to ripple and flare out. The sun soon transformed into a wave of fire, and it was coming closer. We all went outside and watched as the flames came towards us. There was nowhere we could hide that would protect us from such a massive fire. When it came to us, it vaporized everyone instantly.
A split second later, several of us returned to existence. It was a very strange feeling. We had just been consumed by fire, and suddenly we were whole again. However, not all of us had returned. We immediately went inside and turned on the television. Every channel had the news on, and it reported the mysterious fire that swept across the world. Some newscasters were saying that it was the wrath of God punishing the earth and only those who had good in their hearts were left alive. I found this to be very disheartening, because a few of our classmates didn't come back, and I couldn't imagine them being evil.
Regardless of what it was, everybody was scared, and we stayed inside all day, looking out the windows for another wave of fire. When night fell, we began to see funny things in the sky. They looked like fireworks almost, but really they were more like those LED christmas decorations that people hang in their windows. They were rainbow colored, and shaped like flowers. They would appear in the sky, and then disappear. As we watched the display, I came to the conclusion that this was a version of the rainbow after the Great Flood. God was sending the world a message that he would not send anymore fire. After coming to this conclusion, I woke up.
Dream # 1:
I was in a strange building that was a combination of a warehouse and a grocery store. The lighting was very poor, and everything looked very dirty. There were lots of people shopping. I walked along the perimeter of the place, watching all the people. Many of them looked drunk or stoned.
After walking for a while, I encountered a hispanic man near some pallets. He had a silver-colored machete, and I was afraid he was going to hurt me. So I hid behind a stack of pallets. He kept trying to stab me through the stack, but the machete wasn't long enough. When he stopped stabbing, I came out from hiding. He couldn't figure out why he couldn't stab me, so he gaveme the machete and walked away.
I was quite pleased with having a machete, and I walked around the building. I kept looking down at it, examining the shiny metal and the blade. I started to wonder if anyone would get upset from me walking around with a weapon, but no one even noticed. I then found a short sword laying on the ground, and I carried it around, too. I continued to walk around for a while, looking down at my weapons, immensely pleased with myself.
At some point, I found a new part of the building. It was made up of long, dark corridors with carpeted floors. As I walked down the first corridor, my weapons vanished. I walked passed people sitting and laying on the ground. They looked like they were passed out, probably from all the booze and drugs. Everyone in this area had unnaturally colored hair, like bright pinks and greens, and they were dressed like they were at a club. At some point, I walked by someone who couldn't find their child, and they were very upset.
As I walked along, I kept going in circles, always returning to the beginning and walking past the same people. I met my sister along the way, and she gave me a giant bottle of pills. It was probably a gallon-sized bottle. The pills were a prescription from my doctor to help me sleep better. There were also giant quarter-sized pills mixed in, which were supposed to make me feel happier. The next time I walked by the people who lost their child, I gave them the pills. Then I woke up.
Dream # 2
I was outside with several students from my college. I only recognized one of them. The rest were strangers. We walked to a baseball field and sat on the bleachers. There was a big white screen set up, and a move began to play. It opened with a gigantic mansion, and then panned through a rich neighborhood. The camera eventually made its way to a grubby, run-down trailer in the middle of the rich neighborhood. Then a pickup truck drove out from behind the trailer, and John Candy was driving. Somehow I knew that the movie was "Uncle Buck" from the opening scene, even though I've never seen the movie IRL.
As we watched, my biology professor sat next to me and watched the movie with us. A girl and her boyfriend who were sitting in front of us started to argue, and eventually the boyfriend left. The professor then told the girl he'd take her on a date to make her feel better. She looked like was going to say "yes," but then she said she didn't know. So the professor started asking all the girls if they wanted to go out, and he even asked me if I was attached to anyone at the moment and nudged me with his elbow. I simply just stared at him in disbelief. I didn't know if it was some kind of joke (because he's known for playing practical jokes on people), or if he was actually serious. I then woke up.
Dream # 1:
I was in my house, walking down the hall. My mother was talking on the phone loudly. She was arguing with someone. I walked into the kitchen, and she had some papers in front of her on the counter. She was talking about a warranty. I figured that it must be the warranty for our driveway. She angrily hung up the phone, and I asked her if they were going to honor the warranty. Then I woke up.
Dream # 2:
I was at the ocean, and it was night time. The moon was full and provided plenty of light for me. I walked along the coast line, and the waves rolled in and out. There was a tall cliff face to my left, several hundred feet away from the water line. There were also buildings along the shore, mostly houses. One building in particular was a small guesthouse.
I walked into the guesthouse, and I saw a mirror in the hallway. I noticed that I was wearing my bathing suit. For some reason, I turned on the light. I could see someone stirring in bed in the next room, so I quickly turned the light off. I walked into the room, and I saw two queen-sized beds pushed up next to each other, probably to save space, because it was a small room.
There was one person in each bed. I could see that Curly from the Three Stooges was in the left bed, and an unknown person was in the right bed. So I climbed into the right bed and snuggled up close to the person in it. I fell asleep.
Next thing I remember, it is morning, and Curly is gone. One of my biology professors was walking around the room. He was the one in the bed with me during the night. When he noticed I was awake, he told me, "Good Morning." His hair was a mess and he was in his pajamas. He left the room and was gone for maybe five minutes. When he returned, he was dressed for the day and his hair was neatly combed. He also brought breakfast with him. We talked for a little while, but I don't remember what we talked about. At this point I woke up.
Dream # 3:
I returned to the previous dream at the ocean. I was still with my biology professor, but we were leaving a mall. He had a bag full of purchases, but I don't know what they were. Outside, we met one of my chemistry professors. He told us that he was excited about going to Belize.
The three of us walked back to the guesthouse, and we all had suitcases waiting for us. They were black, and the kind with wheels. We took our suitcases and walked outside. There was a sidewalk now, and we walked along it with our suitcases trailing behind us. We eventually came to a large van, and several students were loading their luggage into the back. I recognized a few of them that had gone to Belize with me (IRL), but there were several I had never seen before. I counted the students and realized that there wasn't room for me, and that I must not have signed up for the trip.
I asked my professor if the roster was full. He said, "Yes, but even if it wasn't, how would come up with the money in so short a time?" I stood to the side and watched everyone get into the van. Another student I had traveled with was standing with me. I guess he didn't remember to sign up, either. I was angry that I didn't get to go, and I wondered how I missed signing up. Then I woke up.
Dream # 1:
I am in a helicopter with several students, one of my professors, and Juan, a nature guide I had met while in Belize (IRL). I am not sure of what country we are in, but I know we are in Central America. We are flying over a river in a valley, and there are many large rock formations jutting out of the river like tall islands. We fly quickly, and I can feel the wind on my face as it flows in through an open window. We fly over the rock formations and I hold onto the seat in front of me. It is exhilerating, and the valley below is so beautiful.
We land and have the opportunity to look around. The leaves on the trees are a dark green, and the folliage is very thick. We walk on one of the rock islands, and the sun shines brightly in a cloudless sky. Now, we have to leave, and return to the helicopter. We fly over a water park that combines a natural river and waterfalls with water slides and pools. I watch as children go down the slides and people jump into the pools. I remember being here before, but at a time when no one was there. I am surprised at how many people are here now.
We land, and are going to go to our final destination on land. However, I need to use the restroom. So I walk into a restaurant at the edge of the park and go into the restroom. I have a strange feeling in my left breast, so I lift my shirt and look. A snake is slowing coming out, like a parasite. It doesn't hurt, but I am afraid that the snake ispoisonous. As it got longer, it starts to bite me, and now it does hurt.
I hurry out of the restroom, but I am intercepted by a coworker. She is waiting tables a the restaurant. I do not question why she is a waitress in Central America, but I am annoyed with her because she called off from work over the weekend and now I find her working another job. She starts talking to me, but I don't have time, and I run out the door.
Everyone is gone, but I know that they took the train. So I walk along the train tracks, and they lead into the forest. Eventually, they lead to a hotel, and I find the train outside of it. I enter the building, and everyone is inside at a table, waiting for dinner. I see Juan at the end of the table, and I tell him that I need to see him in private immediately. At this point, I wake up. I look at the clock, and it is only 8:00 AM, so I close my eyes and will myself to return to the dream.
I return, but I have gone back in time and have not asked Juan to come with me yet. This time, I ask both Juan and my professor to come to the restroom with me. As we walk to restroom, I have difficulty staying in the dream. I keep fading in and out of sleep. We get to the restroom, and I show them the snake. I then wake up again, and give up on trying to continue the dream.
Dream # 2:
I am driving somewhere in my car, a red Pontiac G5. I am supposed to be on streets that I know, but they look nothing like they do in real life. I want to get downtown. I pull up next to some parked cars, and they are all red convertables. The drivers are all playing some sort of video game, although there are no screens. They all have Atari controllers in their hands.
I climb into the backseat of one of the convertibles and pick up a controller. I am transported into the game. It is a driving game, and I am in a red convertible. I begin to drive. The road is long and winding, and to the left is a large lake or perhaps the ocean. The road is lined with trees, and I notice how all of the leaves have finally come out for summer. I drive faster and faster, and I am almost to the end and will win soon. Then, I come to a one-lane bridge and someone is coming from the other direction. I hit the brakes and the car goes sideways. I come to a stop in the middle of the bridge. I did not hit anything, but I lost the game because I stopped.
I leave the game and am returned to the car. The driver of the convertible has also left his game and is looking at me. I throw down my controller and say, "F--- this!" and he laughs. I get out of the car and back into mine. I start to drive away and I wake up.
