i never have vivid dreams, and when i do realize i'm dreaming, it's at the end of my sleep and i wake up really fast, even if i stay grounded in my dream

i don't have lucid dreams i guess, i really want to train myself to remember my deep dreams, where i believe are the vivid ones

if you can help me along please do so! i'm here for this exact reason!
