      I just wake up about five and a half hours into sleep and stay up for a certain amount of time keeping my mind focused on getting a Lucid Dream. Then when it feels right I go back to sleep and MILD. I don't have a set amount of time to stay up, but I try and go back to sleep fairly early or else I'm up for a long time.
