hi niguy. like i said im new 2. i think it helps to totally relax your body and envision something boring. like hands. if you focus on that, you'll literally be bored out of your mind and then, once you're lucid you can try doing other things. it sounds stupid, but it worked for me. a little bit. for some reason i was bathing a baby tiger. weird. maybe thats my dream sign.
