Dark chocolate. Not for any chemical property, but because I like WBTB more if there's a square of dark chocolate involved.

Hmmm, cool. This makes me want to take an MRI of my brain, turn it into a piece of art, and frame it in my apartment.

I wish you the best of luck. Although, don't be disheartened if it doesn't work the first time round. You need to keep in mind that Lucid Dreaming is a skill, and like all skills it takes practise. ...

Just two nights after my last LD, i had another one this morning. Exact same, where i could breathe through my nose. This time though, a dream character came up to me and told me that i wasnt asleep enough to be really lucid.
I believed him.
/facepalm
Lucid
Non-Lucid
I had been awake most of the night, and it was around 5 in the morning or something. I tried to WILD. Im not sure whether my lucid dream was a WILD or a DILD. I think it was a WBTB DILD. Anyway....
I was in my room. At least, thats what i though. My eyes were stuck closed, and because i couldnt see, i RCd. I could breathe through my nose. Suprised, i checked again. Yes. I was lucid. Next next second or two, millions of colors from the scene that were once unsaturated in the dark came alive, and my "Dream Resolution" skyrocketed. I still could barely open my eyes, so i spent the next minute stabilizing the dream and increasing my vision.
As i got out of bed, i realized i was not in my room at all. Im not sure where i was, it was a very nice room. I saw a window, and I jumped though it, and it disappeared out of sight as i did. I landed on a patch of gravel. I felt it, but it wasnt painful. I was outside at a park near my old house. I felt the grass. I could feel the grass blades run between my fingers.
"This is cool" I said as I walked around, taking everything in.
I jumped out, and landed a hundred feet away, instinctively did a PK roll. Realizing i didnt need to, i took off in a great sprint. Then i jumped again, floating slowly back down near the street. I walked down, and summoned my friend to appear around the next corner. Then i did it again, but this time, the dream began to fade, and i woke up.
I was in my parents bedroom. I realize I am lucid, and turn around and head to my bathroom. Remembering something that I did in an earlier dream, i reached through the mirror. It blurred and distorted like water would. It felt like water under the surface, but the surface felt like a thicker liquid with a higher surface tension. I tried to see if i could pull anything out of it, but then my visuals began to fade. I yelled "Enhance visuals!" but it did not work and i woke up.
I have had LD's before, but most are short (two minutes dream time or less) and/or fuzzy/blind. This dream started as the latter. I felt my self waking up as I realized I was dreaming. Then in an attempt to save it, I spun around very fast concentrating on my surrounding so I would hopefully not lose lucidity or teleport somewhere else. I ended up teleporting, but not losing lucidity. My vision was now clear. Then, trying to remember my LD goals (Parkour, Skydiving) I turned around and there was a perfect place to practice parkour. After hanging out there with other tracuers, i remembered i had already completed that goal this past june. So i remembered skydiving... but then i forgot. My dream switched to a abstract purple scene. I yelled out ENHANCE LUCIDITY NOW! to make sure i was still in control. There was then a part between this and the end of my dream, but i forgot it. My dream ended when a random Dream Character said to me "When are you going to wake up already?" I remembered i was dreaming. Suddenly, my vision began to deteriorate like fire burning a piece of paper and before I was thrown out of my dream, i punched him and said "Thanks a lot!"
Sitting up in bed, I smiled and said "cool!"![]()
Is this my Dream Journal?
Is it?
