    Biography:
    I was originally exploring OOBE/Astral Projection. I had my first experience after one night I had Sleep Paralysis and grew tired of the experience so sat through it peacefully then floated out of my body to my ceiling. I have had the sleeping condition Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome for 5/6 years I have been fully diagnosed at the Oxford sleeping clinic. For 2014 I have decided to turn my conscious exploration towards Lucid Dreaming.

      Visualization becomes more easy as you become drawn into the scene. The first 5 minutes of trying you will often lose your concentration consistently. Keep with it! Looke (:
