    Irish. Muslim. Began Lucid dreaming about 2011 March started off doing Wild which worked had like 2 a week mostly because I'm scared of the dark so don't like doing it. I do Ada mixed with wbtb Mild. I don't think ADA is needed for me anyway WBTb seems to be most important.. Rant whatever talk to me whenever I'll try help you :D

      I hope I answer your question correctly I'll give it my best shot :). I wouldn't say it has improved per say it has changed a lot for example when I first started LDing I felt as a sort of outsider...
