You are totally right, it's amazing how complex we can be, even when we sleep ^^ Must say that I got totally mind-blogged when I saw Keith Hearne's experiment to prove lucid dreaming, and just reading through the advancement of the understanding of sleep makes me think about all the possibilities ahead. One idea some of us have would be using TMS to increase electrical activity on neurons present in certain parts of the brain responsible for lucid dreaming. There's so much to learn

Cookies? In that past, I have studied some pharmacology and cognitive neuroscience to satisfy scholarly interests. I have only recently become interested oneirology, though. This stuff is just so fascinating! Applying what you learn along the way also gives much fulfilment. What do you think?
