    Hey everyone! I've always been a vivid dreamer with the occasional lucid dream and never really thought about researching it further. So I googled controlling dreams and stumbled across this site. I didn't realize it's such a big thing! So since reading up on techniques I've already had 2 lucid dreams! I also read about those binaural beats and found an iphone app called Astral Dreams that I swear has been working. Happy dreaming to all!

    WILD is WILD

    HOLY CRAP so this morning my alarm went off early and I was able to go back to sleep for an hour. I concentrated super hard on falling back asleep into an LD. As I was falling asleep I remained totally aware and experienced those weird hypnogogic hallucinations with flashing light, strange noises and the sensation that I was falling. I was scared at first but reminded myself that it was normal and that I was just in the first stage of sleep. I then felt my body go limp as I actually fell asleep and went straight into an LD! (The whole feeling of consciousness was unreal. It was like my body was sleeping but my mind was still awake through the entire process) So I find myself in a doctor's office and let the receptionist know I'm there to see Dr. Ross from ER (I have a small obsession with Clooney) but she says I have to book an appointment with at least 6 other people and she finally let me in. Then I'm in this room with my best friend Jodie and she is trying to sell me different styles of pyjamas and then I started losing the dream and wake up
