    Biography:
    I came to DreamViews about a year ago (02-03-2009) when I first heard of lucid dreaming. I thought it was a great concept, so I tried really hard to do have one. When I did, I was so happy with it and wanted to keep doing it.

    Somehow I lost motivation and just quit, but now I'm back and want to have more lucid dreams.

    Lucid Non-Lucid Dream Sign

    The dream starts of with me walking into my room trying to get my clothes organised for tomorrow. It's dark in my room so I flick the light switch which turns on the lamp instead. I touch the lamp to make it brighter but the brightness stays the same. Then I realise, what if I'm dreaming?

    I pinch my nose tightly and try to breathe which fails, so I'm sure I'm dreaming. I'm suddenly "teleported" to the grass in front of my house and I see a friend who says he doesn't want to pinch his nose to see if he's dreaming, because the last time he tried, he gave himself a nose bleed.

    I end up back in my bedroom and my vision literally goes hazy. I try to stabilize when I realize I'm going to wake up soon. Even though I haven't properly stabilized I try to fly but fail. I need to reality check and have lucid dreams more often!

    The end.


    Notes:
    1. I was listening to music before I went to sleep. I listened to "Nowhere Near" by Blake Reary and "Clocks" by Coldplay.

    NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

    The dream starts off at a service station where there are people standing around looking at something. I keep moving forward and I see a fire engine coming torwards us and a car on fire. They put the fire out and then I go back into the car (in the back seat).

    Suddenly I'm somewhere else, but still in the car, looking at the electricity lines. The sky is dark gray/purple/blue and I can't see anything else.

    It becomes day time and I'm at a garage sale that is somewhere where I used to live. On the other side of the road there is land, with no houses or anything. It turns into a hill with a road and houses suddenly and I see someone learning to ride a bike and someone else telling them to pull back the brakes.

    Dream fragment: I remember being on the computer on a website that looked like Wikipedia, but it had information on my parents for some reason.

    The dream ends there.
