Non-Lucid Dream

I was part of some science experiment team working with or around cardboard. We were located near the ocean on some sort of causeway. We were trapped there although I had no problem getting out for a while and back.

At some point I left the team and went wandering around a nearby city. I had a very hard getting back to the team and searched around at some hotels. I was very worried about not checking into a hotel in time. I think that has to do with my work and missing deadlines.

Eventually I walked some more and found my way back to the team. I can remember my brother-in-law there and my boss. I missed dinner because I was so late.

There was more to the dream but that is all I can re-call. Over-all I would call this solid re-call. Good night of sleep but the kids woke me up twice. This dream was the last one before I woke up in the morning. Can't remember others from the night (even though the kids woke me up.)

Intro notes and dreams last night.

I have been attempting to Lucid Dream for about 3-4 weeks. I have had one lucid dream so far.

Last night I had a dream of being at a track meet with my Tom my old coach and a few friends and family. They were finding a way to combine the teams so they could help each other out. Don't have much more than that.

As a side note my first Lucid Dream was in the house I grew up in. I awakened in the bathroom naked. I think I was looking at my hands and perhaps that made me lucid.

I stood up and looked around the bathroom. Of course there was a mirror there and understanding that mirrors can be strange I looked into it. My face was very distorted and I couldn't make it out too well. My body was hunched over and extremely hairy.

I walked out of the bathroom and into the dining room. From there I walked into the Kitchen. I lost Lucidity there. I think I simply fell back into a typical dream state.
