Life is the forever ongoing now. Time is not life but memories in time are so whats the diffrence

I took a 10 milligram tablet of melatonin and went to sleep an hour later and in the middle of the night i had a dream that i seen a familiar face but i cant quite recall whose face it was but all the sudden a extremely loud vibrating noise and the persons face melts and so does basically all my vision and i wake up sweating. Whose Face was it.
