    Biography:
    I have had 3 "full-blown" lucid dreams, 2 others sort of lucid. Seems like I have been out of body a couple times. Have had many levitating or, that is, flying dreams. It took 3 decades for me to finally figure out that any ability to levitate means I am dreaming. That helped me become lucid once without formal training!
