I've tried RC but never seems to work that's why I'm trying to implement ADA, as for the mantra idea I've used it for a matter of weeks now and have had great results, Definately recommend the mantra...

Perhaps I'm missing a good mantra. I've never really thought about it but doing reality checks 24/7 don't really help me either. I'll have to try finding a mantra or a better anchor. Thanks! :)
