How long do I have to do ADA before getting the first lucid dream, or, better said, the first batch?
I'm doing ADA because other techniques have been relatively unreliable. Like for example FILD has gotten me, probably most of my lucid dreams, but it's unreliable now. In fact it hasn't worked once in the last 5 months. Unintentional long-term MILD has caused my last 2 lucid dreams.
The benefits of being close to an omni-lucid are great enough that ADA, at least for me, appears to be the best option. But how exactly do you, no-BS, perform ADA?
