Would preferably like to hear from someone who has achieved consistent lucid dreams just from doing meditation during waking life.

If this is you, what type of meditation did you do and for how long?

How effective is meditating without any other technique? I believe there are omni-lucids in this world but wouldn't someone who does mindfulness meditation consistently be able to get lucid dreams from that, but less? If this is the case then how many would you get per week?
