Over the past few months, I have been dealing with increasingly nasty panic attacks. I am currently on a prescription to tranquilize me during such times, but I very much prefer to avoid taking them and fighting the beasts myself. It has been suggested to me that learning how to relax and clear my mind with meditation may be one of the the best weapons I could have in my arsenal. I hope that, with the help of meditation, I can learn how to silence or prevent my panic attacks without having to resort to medication.
