Hi all, this is my first post on these forums, and I am happy to say that it is depicting my first LEGIT Lucid Dream.

I have always had a enthusiasm about Lucid Dreams - dreams themselves had always perplexed me, as had trances and inner-peace. Before this experience, I had practiced breathing techniques, sleep deprivation, altercations in eating habits, and meditation. My dreams have always been on the more vivid side, and partly lucid dreams have been a part of my dream-scapes for many years. But, last night, it was quite quite different.

The dream started vivid. I had fallen asleep late, after playing some Borderlands with a friend. My eyes were tired, and I fell asleep peacefully. The dream was not of the most bizzare circumstances - I was in my high school science class (I'm 16) and I was talking to the girl who sat next to me - We'll call her Drew Parker, because that is her actual name

I was talking about music it seemed, and Drew was talking about how she could see herself listening to it. I agreed, but then realized that this entire situation made no sense, because it was a weekend. I told myself it was a dream, and braced, like I always do in my partially lucid dreams, to wake up. Not this night, oh no. I looked down at my hands - I was still here. My dream clarity suddenly became crystal, and I got up from the desk I sat at. (At this point I was completely lucid) I turned to the desks in the class, and waved my hand - blowing them out of the way (This had been a reocurring dream-activity) As the desks moved, my mind turned to leaving the classroom, and I found myself in a farm. I began to run, jumping over obstacles. As I ran, I became more and more excited, and my grip on the dream began to decrease. The last moment of the dream, I hit a fence, and was jerked out of my sleep. Surprisingly, my rousing felt quite, well, minor. As my eyes opened, it was as if the dream just peeled back - like a projection on my eyelids Overall, the dream was incredible - I felt like god, and now sleep is very special to me. I hope to share all my experiences with this forum, and I hope you guys enjoy my experiences and my company. Cheers!
