Well, my physical body has never fallen out of bed but jeez in my last lucid dream my dream self fell through the mattress and into a tunnel and it was a pretty incredible experience. I was falling for about a minute through a giant wormhole. |

YES! i just had a lucid nap about an hour ago filled with false awakenings. in one i fell out of my bed with my blankets and things like cogs were falling toward me in slow motion which made me realize im dreaming again. i have fallen out of my bed in many dreams, in fact my first official lucid was me falling out of bed and stopping my fall with my arms which were invisible and i was stuck. this freaked me out and was the first time i had become aware. I had never heard of "lucid dreaming" at that point. and now that i think about my last lucid before today started with me falling out of bed lol thats crazy! |

Do you mean falling out of your bed in a False Awakening, or your bed in real life? I thrashed around in my only LD in real life, like I felt my legs moving, as I lost control/stability near the end of the dream. I had a FA too, but became lucid pretty quickly. I kind of have a fear of falling out of my bed, so it might freak me out if I did. |
