Thread: Meditating while dreaming

Hi , Im Tyto from Portugal and im new in this forum, tonight i meditated in my dream for the 8th time , but this time it was different, i could feel my "real" body and i felt this electric charge around it; i would like to know if anyone else tries to meditate while dreaming, and what do you feel, thank you ; )

Meditating in a dream is awesome. I don't feel anything physically, but I rarely have the feeling of touch in a dream. I need to work on it. It helps to stabilize the dream, and it helps me to focus. I made a meditation room in a dream with a mirror in it that I used to meditate in front of.

That sounds really quite interesting. How long did the dream last (estimate)? I will definately try this in my next LD 8).

I felt like the dream was lasting for quite a long time...more than the usual, its like when you meditate the "dream countdown" stops , and you are inbetween worlds , the physical and the dream world : )

That's crazy. The next time u do this you should try, VERY SLIGHTY, moving your physical body while staying in the dream. By the way, I will meditate in the next LD i have and i'll post the results 8)
