this morning I had a lucid dream, but the thing I noticed was that it seemed the bed was attached to my back in the lucid dream, like I was carrying a load, I did not feel its weight or see it, but could feel it. |

If you WILDed, it's not uncommon to still feel yourself lying in bed, or feel the bed still attatched to you. A simple solution is rubbing your hands, looking around at the dream scene, and maybe, if you feel the bed on your back, touching your back to objects (sounds silly, I know) might help. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

It happened to me in DILD. Thanks for the advice though, I will give them a try, it would be nice if this does not happen too often, it seems to keep someone in a unstable state. |

Hm I wonder, do you talk or move in your sleep? Either that or you just got lucky, or unlucky, depends lol |

I am not really sure if I talk or move but I have been told that I move alot in my sleep. I am not really sure if I could move during a lucid dream though, because of SP. |
