I got into this lucid dream. But if anyone can help me out and tell me what induction technique it might have been it would be good because it's my third one now. I woke up around 4 and tried to deild, but I couldn't get into a dream so I tried to get back to sleep. Around 30 minutes later I felt a big vibration through my body so I knew it was a dream. I don't know how I knew I just did, when I opened my eyes it was pitch black and I still felt very tired. So I done a reality check and it was definately a dream, so from then I just done some techniques to stabalize the dream.
