      I have been trying lucid cd`s and trying to teach myself lucid dreaming for about 2 months .
      I have had 1 dream ( saturday morning ) here i just stopped in the dream and ask myself ( AM I DREAMING ) then I just answered yes I am .
      MAN what a new world this opens up to you. I want this all the time.
      I guess I gotr to excited and woke up short time later but as I was asking myself if I was dreaming , I was answering. and I changed my dream.
