I was dreaming and I became lucid, but then when I was doing a reality check, I went to pinch my nose and my physical body moved! My hand went for my nose and I woke up holding my nose. This is really weird because when you are dreaming, aren't you in sleep paralysis? I'm pretty sure you are. I was freaked out by it.
