That's mind bending. When you were lucid in your dream, did you realize the previous events were a dream, also? Or did you not figure it out until you finally woke up completely? |

This morning I was dreaming that I was with my friends and we were sitting in my room. In my dream I fell asleep and had a lucid dream within that dream. I forgot what its called but it was a pretty cool experience. When I woke up from that lucid dream, I was still in my dream but didn't realize it. But the weird thing is that when the lucid dream started to fade away, I couldn't see anything. I could only touch the things in my lucid dream. And then when I tried to open my eyes they wouldn't open! I started to freak out! But both of the dreams finally ended and this was the first time I had a lucid dream within another dream. It was actually more vivid then my past lucid dreams, don't know if that has something to do with it. |

Yea I know sorry if it sounds confusing, it really is hard to explain. I went to sleep in a dream and within that dream I was lucid, but I didn't know that all the previous events were a dream. When I woke up from my lucid dream, I wasn't actually awake because I woke up in the previous normal dream I was having. I didn't know I was dreaming in this one. Then I woke up COMPLETELY, no more dreams |

Well i had a similar dream but I wouldn't call it lucid. |

I had a similar experience. I was trying to WILD and i had a false awakening. I thought i had woken up for real though so i wasn't lucid. Its funny i didn't think anything was strange, because i woke up on the opposite side of my room in my old bunk bed. During this false awakening i decided to try WILD again. Within a few moments I was in another dream. After seeing something suspicious i knew i was dreaming and was now lucid. I didn't realize what had happened until I woke up for real. At least now i know that dream induction techniques work inside of dreams lol. |

I've actually had a dreams within dreams a few times. I vaguely remember some of the dreams within dreams being lucid. Every time I have a dream within a dream, I have a FA, then I say, "Wow. What a strange dream I just had." Then, I go about my daily business, and I think it's waking life. Every time I have one of these FA's everything is so mundane and normal I have no idea I am dreaming. |

I had similar experience once. I had a dream where I were about to go to bed and set the alarm clock. Then I had nested dream in which I realized I am dreaming. |
|
That is absolutely brilliant and not confusing at all! What a cool dream. |
