      My first LD

I see this man in a bathtub thing stuck in liquid up to his neck. He was stuck in a running pose unable to move. I told him to try running, but that didn't work. Then I realized that I had to telekinetically push him free. It worked. As I was walking away with him, I became lucid because I performed telekinesis.

I didn't get excited or anything; it just felt natural. First I tried to make a diving board appear when I turned a corner. When I turned the corner I could just see a diving board about 50 feet away. So I decided to jump to it from where I was. I jumped and floated over to it; I landed not quite on it but close.

A DC told me I couldn't jump but I just said "watch this". I concentrated and then jumped straight up to a ledge about 15 feet up. I had great control of the force that was pushing me up. Next I thought I should try exploding something. I looked around and saw an inflatable mattress. I tried to make it blow up but air was leaking out.

Then I thought I should prepare for a diving meet by playing out the meet in this dream. So I closed my eyes and imagined being transported to the diving meet. I had an FA and lost lucidity.
