I think I'm having OBEs, and its kinda... boring.

K so this is the routine daily morning routine:

I wake up 6:00am, have some coffee and breakfast, and head back to bed around 6:50. Around 7:15~ I start to feel very very, relaxed, very good, good narcotic feeling like the last thing I wanna do is get out of bed. I'm guessing this is stage 3 or 4 of sleep, deep sleep... Anyways, once I start to feel that relaxed, I know 'its' coming. After a about 5-10 minutes of that deep sleep, it comes: all of a sudden, my head starts to get this rushing sensation, with the onset of a little pressure, and after five seconds I've levitated out of my physical body and I land gently onto my bedroom floor.

This is the case every time, i think these are OBE's. I can't change much of my surroundings. I have been able to fly around my house, talk with my family members, chase my cats around, fought off an evil twin of mine once, and this morning I was able to fly past my neighborhood and above the clouds (when I tried to fly into space I was ported back into my room and had to split from my body again).

These experiences are cool, but not much to do with em. Don't get me wrong, the first time I experienced one of these OBEs I was ecstatic and so surprised of how real this non-real world was! But I want to explore new worlds, have interesting conversations with DCs, i dunno some EPIC stuff. I can walk around my house all day(minus the flying) in waking life!

Any tips for converting these OBEs into LDs? Cause I've been able to induce these every single morning for 3 mornings in a row now(kinda exciting how much progress I've had).

I have noticed that a lot of people just hang around their house and fly above their ceiling in these OBE's.

If you want more than that, you should simply have that intent while going OBE. Have the intent that you want know more, discover the nature of reality, and other things you have in mind.

Intent is important, intent is what drives you, especially in OBE's.

You can't even imagine the things one can do in the NPMR (Non-Physical-Matter-Reality).

Why not experiement? Try to see if you can get objective facts from your out of body state, objective facts about the physical world. Try to gather real evidence that you can use, experiments should be fun and learn one a lot.

So next time you find yourself in this state, seek out the things you want! Focus your intent strongly.

btw the intent comes from the mid section of the stomach near the bellybutton or so Castaneda thought so..

Why not have a buddy put a marker dot on a sheet of paper and hang it in his room (Red green blue ect) Then when you obe go to his house and see if your obe accurately represents your goal.

I always wanted to see if lds or obes have a connection to waking reality like that.

They're already LDs, but the dream scene is your house. I suggest that you look into changing the dream scenes.

Cool.

So get out of your dream-house next morning, there's a big chance that the scenery will be changing the farther you go, until you find yourself somewhere that you can't recognize. If you already fly, you can easily fly out of the window!

Try to assign yourself an interesting task ahead of time. Rehearse it throughout the day. Make it something really imaginative and colorful. Maybe get swallowed by a whale, fly to the center of the earth, or meet your favorite mythological or religious character. Even the most boring OBE-type lucids can turn fun if you let them. The trick is to just hold your goal in your mind as you explore the dream world. Let your subconscious grow this seed into an adventure. You just explore while expecting it to be fun.
