I've been having lucid dreams every night since I was five and control them perfectly. Nothing happens that I don't want to, it's a beautiful experience. Especially because they last as long as I want... IRL it lasted about 5-8 minutes but my dreams last as long as I want.

Anyways, whenever I fall asleep the same thing happens. I wake up in another bed, plain white sheets, matress, blanket, everything. The headboard and everything is black. I'm in a plain, square room with white walls, no doors or windows, and the only other furniture in the room is a black office chair in front of a black desk with a black laptop on it. This has a word processor on it. On the word processor I enter all the details on my lucid dream (including a word I have to say or something I have to do or something I have to think (with failsafes so I don't accidently exit my dream) which gets me out. Otherwise dying works. When I save the document and name it I'm where I wanted to be instantly... no matter what. When I die or exit, I open my eyes and I'm there on the chair again. If I want to leave and wake up in the morning, I'll just stand up, walk over to the bed, lie down, and go to sleep.

In my first lucid dream I understood absolutely everything. This was when I was five, remember, and I typed perfectly in the dream but I didn't really type well outside of the dream. Although I was always fairly intelligent. So... yeah... is this unusual? I just figured out now that they're called Lucid Dreams... before that I knew nothing about DC's or WILD or MILD or any of that. I don't use those, I just fall asleep. Also, I remember every dream for at least a month, so it gets to be a bit of an overload so I have to limit myself to standing up and going back to sleep sometimes.

Anyone think this is unusual or anything? I don't really know if it is or not...
