      My first LD...pretty weird

So I went to sleep at like 1:00 am because I was up late watching a movie. I started to dream while I was sleeping. So I am in a kitchen in some weird house and I see this girl naked in front of me. And out of no where I say "I'm dreaming" and voila I become lucid. I'm like "wow" but I am not getting excited or anything just standing there. So I start to try to move and it starts to fade. I start spinning real quick trying to keep from losing my dream. So it becomes clear again. I start to try to walk again and the girl is gone. I am losing it again so I'm like "Clarity Now" and it was like a weird voice was echoing it. It works for like 1 second and then it fades completely. I wake up and I am like "Damn". So I am laying there and start to sleep again when sleep paralysis starts coming and I start thinking I can WILD now. So I start hearing a loud beeping and I start to shake/vibrate but I know what's up so I calm. But then I started to panic because I remember that people see things when they do this and I woke myself from the paralysis and just laid there so I wouldn't enter another 1.
      The End.

Perhaps disbelief hindered your first dream. I know when i had my first dream i 'was' excited and literally rushed around straight away to explore quicker than i normally would and i just assumed that everything was as it should be (physics-wise)..

And with regards to the fear of seeing things, just remind yourself of how you get out of nightmares (if you know how) and you should be fine there.. I used to live in an apartment with a slight gloom to it when i first started practicing WILD and was afraid a lot of the time but i just switched rooms (try the couch for example) and i felt a lot safer.

Also if you cant get over the fear just remember that its your dream and you're in charge and one thing that should always work if you confront a nasty is to close your dream eyes and hug the nasty as though he was a big bunny wabbit.. Works every time!
