That's one for the history books. Looks like her prank worked beyond what she could have hoped for. |
Haha! That's hilarious. |
I had a high school teacher who was moved to a bottom floor classroom after he had something like that happen to him at school one year. He tried to fly out a 3rd floor window. luckily he only managed to fall flat on his face on the roof of part of the school which doesn't have a 3rd floor. |

The mind can travel to many states of consciousness, all it needs is a map.
Ha ha! Hilarious story luigi! I've never run at a closed door or anything but yeah sometimes so much weird stuff will be happening around me that I have a hard time convincing myself I'm not dreaming and will have to do like about ten reality tests! |
Haha, that's hilarious. See, lucid dreaming is dangerous |

Lucid dreams: Around 35
Longest lucid dream was something over one hour.
for who can know those distant stars? like a life we have not lived, within the twinkle. like a universe we've not known, so far away.
makes you get a whole new understanding of people with mental and psychotic conditions where they see hallucinations and dream-like things that nobody else can in real life. Maybe for them their whole life makes about as much sense as a really messed up lucid. |
Which is why I'm never telling her the real reason I ran into the door! |
I used to count my fingers and try to poke my finger through my hand as an RC and got really good at doing so the instant I woke up to check for false awakenings. After a while it became so automatic that I would physically do my reality check before I was fully awake and totally lost touch with reality. I've since switched to holding my nose and breathing, which seems to be more effective for me anyway. |
This whole topic shows you one very important thing you have to know before learning lucid dreaming: |
I counted my fingers wrong once. It wasn't a dream, yet I've still got 6 somehow. |
not exactly off-topic but there have been times where I'll dream something, then later on (be it a day or even a year) I'll do something that will be exactly the same! 100% dejavu, but dream-dejavu if that makes sense... |
