Thread: Cannot... find... reality...

I had SP again, and I used it to my advantage to have a lucid dream, and I drifted into dreams a few times, but then I heard a really loud scary SP sound, which I never heard before. It was so scary that I was completely knocked out of the dream. Back in reality. But which reality? I soon found myself back in bed, and tried getting out several times, but I got back in bed. So I jumped out of the window, but found myself back in bed. Then I yelled help with a manly voice, which I don't have in reality. Then after what seemed an hour of trying, I finally found myself back in the reality we all know. I just knew it was the real world, although nothing seemed to differ. Because my dream was just like real life. Anyways, I got out of bed, and I didn't get teleported back to my bed this time.

I was super stupid yelling around till I wake up, instead of trying to take control over the dream, and have a quality Lucid. Bite me.

By the way, I know what caused my dream to become so real. I was doing a reality stabilization technique, (which is simply just to observe things in real life, and find things, tell their color, etc.) because I thought I'm in still reality at one of the SPs. And it stabilized my dream, instead of reality. But it became a little too stable.

I've never had SP, is it scary?

To the OP, what an experience...

I know false awakenings can be tricky, but this was crazy The only solution I can see to this is teleporting, that would leave you nowhere near your house - hopefully nowhere near your bedroom.
