Wake up
Greetings, DV!
As the title says: Wakeup.
I would like to know what you guys do to wake up from a LD, i just close my eyes realy hard, and then it just feels like if i is being dragged upwards, and then i wakeup.
It's gonna be fun to see your way to do it, maybe i'll learn something:D

Hmmm, I never want to wake up from an LD (I think most would agree)...Sometimes I'll begin to feel as if i'm losing control or if the dream is too hard to "hold", then I just simply allow my eyes to open and I'm awake. But, again, why would you want to cut it short?
-
Only once I cut my lucid dream short because I could not determine what I should do. Shame, shame, I know. I was going to wake up, but I decided I wanted to keep on sleeping. I kind of just "let go", and I faded out into a non lucid dream. When that ended I awoke.
Yeah, I know I didn't wake straight up, but I did end my lucidity intentionally. All I did was make up my mind that I was going to end it now and it ended. As far as leaving lucid dreams. The last lucid one I had I was pulled from it, like a force was dragging me away. I didn't want to leave, I was forced to leave by something. It was like a dragging sensation.

When I was younger, I used to pry my eyelids open.
However, it is technically not good to try to wake yourself up from lucids. It is better to face whatever it is that's scaring you. (If that is indeed the case.) A lot of times, attempting to wake yourself leads to unpleasant false awakenings.

Why would you?
I just say, ok time to wake up and open my eyes.

I just close my eyes, and let the dream fade away. It worked the first time I tried, but the second time I had a false awakening :?.

When you dont have a very clear LD, and your being hunted by an bad-ass ganster with shotgun or something. I normaly cant do anything(beat him up or make him being up-eaten by a flying shark)
Then it fells great to wake up.
Happened me ALOT of times.
