Thread: Short Lucid Experience

I had another short lucid today.

I was at school, I talked to this girl for awhile and we ate Snow cones.

She had to leave so I went to my bus, on the way there I noticed my dad was just laying on the ground...

So on the way to the bus, I tripped and my backpack fell. I tried to pick it up but it was insanely heavy. That is a usual dreamsign in my school dreams so I became lucid.The second I realized I was lucid the scene was destroyed and I was in the blackness. I kept trying to open my eyes because I thought my eyes were just closed or something. In doing so, I wake up for real.

When my dreams just go black, should I wait it out or try and open my eyes?

Try to create another dream scene; that should work.

It depends on how you dream. When my dream starts to go black, it's usually the end for me. However, you can stabilize it before it starts to go black. If you're more... visual-istic... You can do what Tyler said. I imagine at this point, it's a lot like a VILD or HIT.
