      1st lucid yay

Lately i have been flying quite abit in my dreams but , last night i had my 1st lucid dream , i dont remember all of it because i fell back to sleep before i wrote it in my journal

I was walking in a park and did a reality check and realised i was dreaming ( not very eventfull but nevermind) , i decided i was going to fly like i have been but couldnt , so i thought , nevermind ill just use a rocket pack , then bam im flying again ... but lucid!

it was abit hard to keep my dream from fading and didnt have much control , my memory is foggy but i woke up and did a reality check which told me i was still lucid ... but i couldnt do anything so i decided to go back to sleep??? so i went back to sleep and had a non lucid dream

      Fun but confusing experiance

      CONGRATS MATE!!!
I've said it before and i'll say it again, don't worry about the control problem, it'll eventually fade and then you'll have full control!
When you couldn't move it was probably because of paralysation during REM sleep. Um i think
      Good Luck!

Yeah i really gotta start working on my dream recall again, which basically means only have one small smoke a day.

quite often i wake up in early morning and fall back to sleep and dream but if ive had too much smoke the night before i cant remember it very well.

      Yeh - congrats! Good job

Also remember that you *might* have become lucid towards the end of the REM cycle.
In which case you were screwed unless you did a few impressive tricks

Try again, and with practice and better timing, you'll get the control just right

Hey congrats, Im kinda in the same spot as you, havent gotten lucid yet though. I do smoke weed but Ive just quit and I keep getting more intense visuals and feelings while trying to do WILDs, If things keep getting better I think Ill just quit pot cuz Im sure lucid dreaming is a million times better.
