First lucid dream!

I got my first lucid dream and maybe my first sp! The dream wasen't that clear because my dreams aren't vivid. But yeah my I became lucid when my sister called for me and said the old lady is dead (it was in the dream) and I looked first she looke old but I looked away and then back and then she looked young and I said I must be dreaming and I hold the nose and breathed and it worked! It wasen't good but yeah. I got over excited started to run and then I thought oh no I wouldn't get excited! and then everything was black and I could feel my body I think. Was some sort of force I don't know and it felt like I couldn't move so I didn't bother trying but then I wanted to try again and I could move so I don't know if it was a sp. and it was in the dream But I had my first lucid dream But not that vivid I couldn't feel or anything. My dreams are fogy I don't remember that much. You know how I can get it more vivid? But still my first LD yey The lucid was arround 15sec if Im right with the blackness
