Thread: How did you meet your DG

Here is an excerpt from my very first Lucid Dream. Unfortunately that is the only dream in which I have met my "dream guide."

"It made a loud noise and it woke up the residents. I hid on the roof and watched as they walked outside. I saw a large shadow come up behind them and then out of the shadow came a large three headed dog and a man who resembled Merlin. The great beast walked toward the three people. Each head devoured a person and Merlin raised his staff and summoned me towards him. I couldn't control my body it just floated toward him. After landing I attempted to fight him, but as i swung my fist, he punched my fist with his fist and caused me to collapse. I thought he was gonna kill me but instead he told me to follow him. While following him, he explained the world of Lucid dreams and told me I would soon use dreams as my playground. I came to the realization that this guy is the most powerful Lucid Dreamer alive, He was the master of dreams."

Maybe is was dumbledore, and fluffy from harry potter.... lmfao these characters are in many movies... they are symbols.

How can you know it's your DG and not just another DC that is a little more "special" than the others?

Welcome back, and YES. I don't believe in DGs for this very reason, they have no reason to exist, it's just your own imagination forming a more intelligent version of a normal DC. Nothing special.

Then it means you can have more than one DG, or that everytime you'll meet a smarter DC, he'll become your new DG...

Wow King Yoshi, great dream! I hope you meet him later in your dreams if you haven't already. I still have yet to find my DG, as I have only had like 3 lucids the entire time I knew about lucid dreaming. Although I had been out of it for a while, I'm back on the saddle!

Does anyone else have a story to tell? There can't just be one person with a DG.

I couldn't WILD last night, so I didn't look for mine.

I plan to attempt again this afternoon, hopefully I'll have something to post about

haven't met my DG as of yet but these stories are really interesting

I was in a room and this little girl was there. I asked the girl what her name was. She told me Heather Nonconner, I had to ask this of her three times because i'm awful at remembering names.

After she told me her name she started playing tricks on me. The one i remember, she sent me to a mountian and i found myself climbing it in the snow. I got to the top and there was a door there, I turned around before opening the door to see the view and I found myself back in the room with her. I was ontop of stacked dresser drawers about to tip over.

DC or DG? I don't know, but she did have power.
