Right I was trying to MILD, was lying still and repeating MILD mantras (was about 3 am) and while repeating them I was visualizing reality checks that indicated I was dreaming, only was doing that for like 3-5 minutes before started seeing HI and pretty soon had a WILD that was rather long by my standards- like 4 minutes or so. This is my 3rd wild (2nd "good" one) so izGood!!
