LOL, i just woke up from a funny lucid dream. Lasted about 2-2 1/2 minutes. Started off with me upstairs in the kitchen, my aunt was in the kitchen already, i walk in, said something, but then realised my reality was a bit sketchy! I though "OH, this a dream?!" Then the moment i said that, BOOM. The kitchen brightened and it became more vivid, but it started to fade, so i thought about a technique i thought out earlier. Which was:
Look my left hand, move my eyes to my left elbow, to my shoulder, across my chest (witnissing your lower body if you can) to the opposite side, viewing my right shoulder, moving my eyes to the right elbow, to the hand.
The point of this and why i figured it would work if i actually had a dream was because it would bring awareness and structure to my body. And it worked! I then looked behind me and found that a fat guy was there (looked like he was from super bad, that wierd movie), i ran to his face and said i'm dreaming! I then wanted to go outside so i ran to the front door were a dog that my aunt owns usually wants to go outside. For a second i didn't let him out because of habit, but then i remembered that it's a dream and let him out with me. Then several other dogs i owned before came out LOL. I then kinda floated down the street really fast and the left side houses had a bigger lawn that went downhill. Someone woke me up then though.
But ya the reason of this post is the technique i used. It's about as good as your enthusiasm of lucid dreaming. Add it to your arsenal of LD techs. :)
