!!! Bloody annoying last night. I had a dream that i was helping 4 of my friends to WILD using some elaborate meditation technique which invlolved plastic chairs... i then succed within my dream to WILD and had a dream about being lucid but didnt actually become lucid! GOD DAMN IT. Just wanted to share...bloooooddyyyy pissed slaped me self when i woke up tho

Would that be considered like a False LD instead of a False Awakening? Dreaming about LDing, but not actually having an LD.

Happens to me all the time, and yeah, it's a bloody pain in the bum! I also sometimes do reality checks that indicate I'm awake - e.g. can't breathe through nose etc. For frustration though, nothing beat last week when I became lucid after trying to turn on my bedside lamp and realising it didn't work...Then waking up five seconds later thanks to my alarm. Better luck next time!

i had a dream once i was in a mall and i started yelling and runningm thru the mall "I'm having my first LD everyone!!!" then i later awoke very angry because i wasn't actually lucid. i still haven't had my 1st ld...and i've been trying on and off since july!
