Thread: YAY my first LD

Last night i was laying in bed saying to myself i was going to have a lucid dream and on top of that remember it and write it in my dream journal..
I started drifting off to sleep staring at the clock when i noticed the numbers were dropping to the floor! i Then remember looking at my hands and they were a little deformed and then i remember saying Im dreaming finally!
and then i woke up from the excitement :[

congratulations! i still haent had an LD! and i've been trying since july!

TK Chris Me too I have never had an LD. I've been trying for like 6 months or more and nothing just my dream recall is getting better( My dream recall was zero before). I know why I'am not getting LD's is because I always get lazy on the Dream Journals guess gonna start again tonight.

I had read about people getting excited the first time and and waking up so on my first one I felt my heart start to race and tried to relax and act like it was no big deal. Even though I was really flipping out. It worked...my first LD lasted about 3 minutes. Which was long enough to have a great experience.
