Dream characters laughing at me
Well, bummer of a night!
I've not had an LD in a week now, but last night. I realized I was dreaming and thought "Oh yeah, about time!"
I immediately launched into the air, and immediately landed.
I sheepishly looked around and found myself in a crowd of people that were looking at me like I was a moron!
I lost lucidity at that point
Go figure! =Pyou must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Exactly the same thing happened to me the first time i tryed to fly but i laughed along with them because in a way it was quite funny :-)

That's OK! I got my revenge this morning.
Nice 30-40 minute high level lucid episode! I had complete power over all of my dream characters and could make them do what I wanted.
I also practiced some low level precision flying. Imagine a an abstacle course with people instead of little orange cones

So Seeker, just curious: what kinds of things do you make your DCs do when you have 30-40 minutes of complete control over them??????? Come on man......SPILL IT!!!Originally posted by Seeker

The worst Ive ever done to any DC's was to make them all randomly dissapear, like I would think about that person and then think they would dissapear and then their eyes would go all wide and they'd make a POP noise... it was funny the way they did it too, just kinda went poof...-Insert more original signature here-

I'd say... The next time you are in an LD and a bunch of people are laughing at you, find out if it is friendly or hostile. They might have thought you told a good joke. If it is meant to be a beligerant insult, then make 500,000 people appear and surround them and laugh at THEM. That would be fun to watch.

That is a good point Universal Mind.
I had a LD last night and a guy behind the bar was beligerant. So apon becoming lucid the first thing to do that came to mind was to blow fire at him, out of my mouth. Well when I tried it it felt like a dry heave and I coughed. He then histarically was laughing at me which made me more angry which led to me waking up.
