      I am pretty sure I got a LD but you tell me.

      Ok soo Here is my dream!

      I don't remember how it started but the last thing I remember I was in my house and I just went hey I'm Dreaming. I looked at my hands and they were fine but when I tried to put my finger though my hand it worked! I could literally see my nail poking on the other side! But id didn't think it was gross though. Then I tried poking my mom in her back and her skin was stretchy but then she turned around and twisted my arm and it kinda hurt! Then I went Hey thats not nice and left then I remember standing on something above the clouds and I jumped I remember thinkin uhoh I am still falling but then i imagined my self with wings and i started to fly but it didn't fell like it I flew past a blue and white gladiator fighting place. and i tred to stop but was moving to fast. Then I remember being in my room and i wanted to go to the lucid crossroads so i pictured a door and it appeared! so i walked though but it wasn't really the lc(lucid crossroads) i mean i saw a young women and i knew she had children but i couldn't see them. then i was riding in a van and thought Eat Something! so i conjured an apple and bit it. it felt weird shewing like i was really doing it in bed the apple tasted sweet but nothing else. then the dream ended.

      Here is question:
      When it hurt when my mom twisted my arm did I move in a bad position in bed and thats what caused it?
      And
      How come i forgot stuff?

      Well, if you just randomly felt a pain in your arm it's possible that it came from outside though not particularly likely as far as I know. But since the pain happened in response to something in your dream I would say that it was just in dream pain. There is nothing out of place with that. It simply means that you had a vivid enough lucid to feel pain. I view it as a good thing. Nice one!

      As far as forgetting stuff, that is just dream recall. It will get better with time.

      Pain in dreams is common. I personally always feel pain when I pinch myself, which is why I don't find it a particularly reliable reality check. Sometimes it happens because you're actually in pain, but more often it's just because you expect it to hurt. If you keep on telling yourself that nothing in the dream can hurt you, you should be fine.
