Yeah, it's pretty strange. It's kind of scary, but when you have it often, it really doesn't matter anymore. I used to get it bad, but just voices now. |

Okay i hope you all put your input here, last night i had gone to bed around 3 in the morning and as soon as i fell asleep i went into a dream i was walking arounda dark country road and i just got overcome with pure utter fear, ahead of me stood MEDUSA( WITH NINE SNAKE ARMS) they all just grabbed me and i was in sleep paralysis unable to move for at least 5 MINUTES!! JUST TRYING TO GET UP OUT OF BED, I COULD HEAR HYPNOGOGIC SOUNDS and i decided to try to relax( after all its the BEST TIME to go lucid) but i just had a false awakening, iv had frequent SLEEP PARALYSIS OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS, i thing i like it LOL, because if it comes on i no i can get lucid!!! its an amazing state to explore and i never felt a presence in the room like others do(although each one are after very short nightmares allways) like someone turns evil in the dream out of nowhere, so how often do you guys GET SP, do you ever wish it upon yourself or explore the state, once you lose the fear its very interesting!!! ok see you later!!1 |

I don't think I've had full on SP yet, but I am kind of scared to see what it's like after all the other things I've heard... |

Since Joining:
LDs: 1
Recall: Multiple/Nightly
i've had sp since i was around 3, and i've had at least several hundred of them. the most in a row was probably between 15-20 times in a single night, and that lasted for a couple of months |

yeah, when i was a kid it terrified me greatly, but i only ever told a few people about it, until now of course. before i even knew about lucid dreaming, i use to imagine myself flying while it happened and always there would be a "frightening entity" as you've said, and it would catch up with me but i always fought back lol. it's pretty funny looking back on it now, but back then it was truly frightening. i literally remember being in a crib of some sort and it happened to me, and the house i was living in at the time signifies that it started when i was 3. ironically since i've discovered lucid dreaming, it's been happening only once every few months or so, especially if i take a nap (which i rarely do anyway). |

I have had a couple of SPs, no visual hallucinations. Only sounds, like breathing of some strange creature behind my back and so on. And everytime it happened after a short nightmare. |
