yeah to sum it up its just when your body CANT move like your in a full body cast |
|
yeah your breathing your brain just kinda cuts off the pathway for your body to be able to move |

My lucid dreams recently have been where I am SUPER close to the dream world and I start swinging around my arms or moving to pull myself into it, and I can feel them trying to move but not being able to in real life and then I'm in the dream! |

i was talking about this the other day ive had sleep paralysis all my life it was worst when i was young though im lying there and theres no dream just blackness and i cant move i cant SEEM to breath which is really frightening or at least it used to be before i learned to just chill out during sleep paralyisis the best thing to do is relax and just think of waking up and you will in a minute or so and also remember you are breathing and if your holding your breath (non deliberately kind of making it more real ) you will wake up if you dont get air after about 30 seconds because ofcourse its a reflex |
|
One can also turn a sleep paralysis into a lucid dream. I would go for that |

This happens to me sometimes, and it's pretty frustrating because my eyes open and I think "Goodo, I must be in the dream then. I guess I'll just get up--Oh it's not a dream, DAMNIT!" And so then the process must begin again. I find that this only happens when I attempt WILD when I first go to sleep, not WBTB method. |
